After their initial display, in Paris at the Musée des Arts décoratifs, they were distributed in most countries and many exhibitions were held all over the world. These posters have been out of print for several years and now they are to be found only in some museums and in private collections. They stand out in the history of posters for their uncommon texture and for the poetic and secret vision they present of countries overflown by Air France at a level belonging as well to the art as to the aircraft. New technics, such as Kodak's tones separation process for instance, were used for their creation, and to produce them special printing, inking or even " non inking " processes on a variety of materials were experimented on. " Italie " for instance proves a unique case of blank poster made alive through its sole relief (Text extracted from an unknown online source).
