First of all, I am not an expert when looking at the vinyl, so I put as much detail as possible based on my knowledge:

Cannonball Adderley Somethin' Else Vinly. I played on my AT LP120 model and it was almost flawless. There are a little bit of surface noise but it does not affect the music. The surface looks like mint, but there is a minor surface scratches; however, it does not affect the music.

I would rate the vinyl condition as VG+ and sleeve as VG+ (I need to lower the grading, as I am not an expert; however, this plays very good to my ear)
