This is the Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade Edition to upgrade from XP.  There are both 32-bit and 64-bit discs included in the package with specific instructions printed on the top of the back of the box explaining the procedure to do the upgrade.  Service Pack 1 is also included in this packaging.
