This is a vintage vacumform model kit from the 70's or 80's.  Imported by Warwinds International.

Type 178 Panhard French armored car with Turret APX 1935. Kit no. AP-554.

Complete kit although original plastic wrap packaging is gone.

Curiously, instructions are partially in English and partially in German.  Lots of clear construction diagrams though.

Back in the day, this was the only way to get some rare model not offered by manufacturers.
