This is a vintage Chinese Mah Jong game set, situated in a black wooden box with sliding lid.
Inside the box we have 4 layers of tiles, 36 tiles each for a total of 144 tiles, made of bone and bamboo.
In the compartment on the right there are 4 additional blank tiles, disks, 4 tiny dice in separate box,
and over 120 counting sticks. There are also two booklets with description and rules of the game.
One of the booklets dated 1970, so that's the age. It's all complete in the box.
The box measures about 7" x 8 1/2" x 2 1/2" tall and has some outside age wear.
The pieces inside all seem to be fine. Cool set.
