This cluster was originally removed from a 2017 Lariat and was installed on my 2015 for a couple of years and replaced to do an upgrade to the larger screen cluster. The odometer shows 76,401 miles.

It's up to the buyer to make sure this cluster will work on whatever make, model and year this cluster is going to be installed in. 

It is well known that clusters have to be reprogrammed  especially if you want to have the miles changed to the current miles on your vehicle. 

You can probably check online in your area and find a service that has the capability such as an Odometer Tool Mileage Correction code reader programmer and change the miles for you for a reasonable price.

Other than that I did the 2" to 4.2" and then the last upgrade was to a 8" cluster and used https://forscan.org/home.html

to change the values on the cluster in order to reflect the correct values of my truck, and had a guy change the miles for me to reflect the current miles on the truck at the time.

And as for forscan, there are plenty of tutorials on how to do this online, just google it!  "forscan"
