"Wing Mailer", a vintage label dispenser made by "Chauncy Wing's Sons", serial number 24694. As-is vintage patina condition, untested, for restoration so sold as-is, no return unless not as described. Apparently still being made, modern instructions can be found with a Google search of "chauncey wing mailer".
