Excellent used condition: works as it should. Transducer recently replaced. There are some very slight abrasions on the edges of the surround which are either hidden or require very close inspection (these imperfections were present from new). There is slight surface corrosion to the metal work beneath the water tank due to the occasional drip when refilling. The top of the surround has some slight marking to it; like faint water marks, visible when you look closely at about a 45 degree angle to vary how you see the light reflecting from it (see last photo).

The surround is made from marble (sparkly white micro) and consists of three pieces: the base, top and central surround. It is designed to be installed flat to the wall. Removable brick lined effect panels are included along with remote control and instructions. Opti-myst uses ultrasonic technology to create an ultra-fine mist that rises up and works with the under fuel bed (logs) to give a fully three dimensional fire effect.
