A stunning and rare Novelty solid silver christening cup tankard of beautiful slender form with a elaborate 
sculptural C shaped handle to the side, the main body profusely engraved with a swags and leaf design 
inset with floral panels, the central cartouche engraved with a beautiful monogram.
The cup sits on a swept and beaded edge detail base.
This rare and desirable cup tankard is made of thick gauge silver and to a very high standard 
and would make a great present or addition to any collection. 
With Clear hallmarks for London assay office, date letter P for 1870,  silversmith Richards & Brown, 
and the Queen Victorian Duty mark.


Condition
In Excellent condition with no dents damage scratches or repairs to the silver.
