I buy from a local Amazon Walmart Target Kohl's returns center.   This item just wasn't in its box.  It was the first day I saw it.  But people love to take things out of the box and strow it everywhere.  So I do get the battery.   I've been on eBay for 20 years this year and I still have 100% positive feedback and I plan on keeping it that way.  I pass my savings into you!
