45 issues of life Magazine from 1896 (128 years old), bound professionally by Pacific Press book bindery, Oakland Ca, in 1897.  (8 issues not included for the year mostly from June, July, and August).  Magazines are mostly in excellent condition with no writing on them or torn pages (may be a couple of folded corners or small tears, but none found on quick inspection).  Inside cover has original owner's book plate (Warren Olney, mayor of Oakland, CA 1903-1905 and co-founder of the Sierra Club with his friend John Muir).  Individual weekly issues also available for $15- 25 per issue - ask for a specific issue for price.  Or, buy the entire bound collection for less than 5.00 per issue.
