Summary

The general question raised by this case is a very important one, being no less than this - whether it is morally right, and really in the best interests the profession and the public, that on medical practitioner should proclaim what he conceives to be gross malpractice the part of another.

Was this the start of the medical profession looking after each other at the expense of their patients and to the benefit of the Insurance companies? Does this manuscript have the answers?

The associative features include correspondence between a Mr Howell and Mr Robertson the then Minister for Social Services in the New South Wales State Government as well as news items tipped in.

About This Monograph

This Monograph is a hardback in decorated boards with a title in gilt on the front board.  The text block pages are gilt edged while the free end papers and obverse to the cover boards are completed in a light lemon paper.  There is a fold out that when unfolded is larger than an a2 sheet.

The bulk of the foldout has caused some strain on the stitches but they are still in good working condition even though they are now exposed.  Overall the monograph is in very good condition for age!
