Discs have small amount of light surface scratching, except the following discs:

Season 6, Disc 2 has a moderate to heavy amount of surface scratching

Season 8, Disc 2 has red marker "Fixed Scratched Badly" written on face side of disc. Disc has a heavy amount of surface scratching

Season 9, Discs 1 & 3 have "VG" written in pen on the face of the discs
