This is a very rare filter, Tiffen no longer manufactures it in this size. 

This was an older system, that they replaced with other style filters. It originally came in a 5 filter set, in increments of #1 thru 5 densities. #1 lightest and #5 heaviest effect.

Filters comes in their older style original box with the plastic protective case and the info insert.

The lid to the box has faded, and the box has slight age yellowing, but filter is mint.
Filter IS NEW, no fungus, NO RIM DINGS, separation fogging or scratches.
