Up for sale is a Vintage “The Normal Heart” Playbill Magazine! This Playbill is from the original Broadway run of Larry Kramer’s drama at the Golden Theatre in New York City! The play opened in April 2011, and this is a June 2011 Playbill for the show. It even includes the original ticket stub from the June 23, 2011 performance. The play starred its Original Cast of Ellen Barkin, Patrick Breen, Mark Harelik, John Benjamin Hickey, Joe Mantello, Luke Macfarlane, Jim Parsons, Lee Pace, Richard Topol, and Wayne Alan Wilcox. The show was nominated for five Tony Awards and won “Best Revival” with Ellen Barkin winning “Best Featured Actress” and John Benjamin Hickey winning “Best Featured Actor” in 2011! As shown in the photos, this vintage Playbill is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling. The Playbill is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has clean pages with a few light corner creases and no writing, rips, or tears. The ticket stub was stapled to the first page by the original owner as shown. This vintage Broadway Playbill magazine would make a great addition to your collection!
