Akai S 700 Professional Midi Digital Sampler. Comes with manual, 15 QD disks and power cable (EU standard). It turns on and seems to be working except that the disk drive just makes a loud noise and does not read the disk so I assume it is faulty. I do not know whether the disks work either.
