Antique Opalescent Glass 1882 Sowerby Blue Victorian Hamper Novelty Basket.  The basket has two rope-like handles and a woven pattern that goes from rope edging to the ground base.  The coloring is very soft blue and it has good opalescence.  The basket is in great condition for its age - no chips, cracks or fleabites.
