This is an awesome model with Blue and Red three strobe alternating light bar, head lights and tail lights alternating, AND detective blue/red strobes in the windows both front and back.  Puts on a real awesome light show!  Plus can run off a 9 volt batter or wall plug that it comes with!  A switch can be used to turn the lights on and off.  You can leave this police vehicle as is or order your choice of department decals to add to make it whatever Dept you want!
