Description
This silvertone necklace features a handsome mid-to-large-sized rhombus pendant with a looped outer rim that gives it depth and shine. The center is accented with a shiny medal inset bearing the image of St. Dymphna. It is inscribed "Patron Saint of Stress, Anxiety, Mental Health." It bears an identifying inscription. The reverse has a textured finish and it measures 1 7/8 inches wide and 2 1/8 inches long. The chain is 24 inches and closes with a safety catch and it is in new condition.

Generally, the lowest flat rate international shipping fee is $12 US. The post office recently increased the cost of international shipments. It may also be helpful to know that the flat fee will cover shipping a package weighing up to 4oz...so several smaller or lighter items such as this can all ship together to save on postage.
