For sale is this neat vintage 1973 brass ladder medallion or medal marked American Wanderers League of Lead, SD South Dakota, with a Mount Rushmore theme on bottom. I really don’t know if this is a walking league or something else but any help is appreciated.

This is a very detailed medallion, measures 3.75” tall, top is 1.75” wide and bottom is 2.5” wide. Features Mount Rushmore on the bottom part, pin on back is good, some tarnish on back but remains an excellent piece.
