This looks to have been a saucer for a large cup. It has the indented ring to the center. 1” deep like a bowl, and 6 1/2” across. One crack to the edge. Has crazing to the finish, and some stains. Girl blowing bubbles is in full color. An old Victorian piece. Fully signed to the bottom. See photos for marks and condition.
