Nice art-deco era hexagonal sterling silver napkin ring.  Hallmark says made in 1938 in Sheffield, England by Emile Viner of Viner's Ltd

It has an engine-turned decorative pattern down middle of the ring and plain raised borders

Some light tarnishing commensurate with age which could easily be polished off if so desired.  Otherwise in very good condition.

I think the monogram reads SPB, but these old fonts are hard to decipher so you decide!
