POSSIBLE STEIFF EARLY VELVET RABBIT c. EARLY 1900s

 

Used.  Signs of wear appropriate to age, please see photographs.  It has been kept in a smoke free environment.

This is possibly an early Steiff velvet rabbit, early 1900s.  It has black beaded eyes and a sewn nose.  It is very similar to the early rabbits seen in the 'Steiff Sortiment 1892 - 1943' reference book.

Size: 12cm nose to tail

Material: Velvet

Non-jointed.
