10 Kt. Yellow Gold Ruby & Diamond Ring Size 4 (1.4g).  This item is pre-owned but still in great condition.  Item does have scratches on the gold and stone. The item is 10 Kt. yellow gold as stamped, it is not gold plate or gold filled.  The item has 1-6mm x 3mm marquise cut ruby (it is unknown if ruby is treated in any way) also has 1-1mm round cut diamond on each side in illusion setting to make it appear there are more.  This item would make a great gift or a wonderful addition to any jewelry collection.  Please see item pictures.
