Another fantastic clearance find offered up for auction at a bargain price.      you are bidding on a rather splendid antique wooden box in very good - good condition.    the box is German made and originates from KARLSBAD.    it can be dated to the early part of the 20th century and was more than likely a tourist piece?     the box comes with the beautiful PIETRA DURA panel on the lid cover and the same PIETRA DURA decoration on the border.     the escutcheon is white metal and possibly silver?     the box measures 7" x 4.75" x 2.5".     the box is still nice and clean and free from damage but there is a small stain in the corner inside as shown in the pics.
