This is a hand-signed and dated poster print of a water color painting by popular artist Tracy Taylor.   The poster print measures approximately 8 inches wide by 35 1/2 inches high. The print is matted and framed with glass.  The framed print measures approximately 12 inches wide by 39 inches high. The frame is rounded turquoise metal 1 inch deep and 3/8 inch in front. The framed print weighs approximately 6 pounds.  

Please note that a few nicks can be found of the frame, as shown in photos 8 through 11.  A crack in the glass is found in the lower right corner, as shown in photo 8.  However, there is no indication that the print is damaged.  

Please note that this piece of art was difficult to photograph due the depth of the images and the glass. However, if any prospective buyer would like a photo of any part of this piece of art, the seller is willing to do so within reason.

Shipping:

1.  The framed print will be professionally packaged for shipping.
2.  The buyer can elect to use a freight shipper instead of USPS, Federal Express or UPS by arranging and paying for the freight shipment.
3.  The framed print can also be picked up in person from the seller at a mutual agreed time after payment.
4.  The buyer can elect to have the print removed from the frame and glass and pay for the shipment of the print alone.
5.  The buyer can elect to have the glass removed from the frame and pay for the shipment of the print and framed only.
6.  The buyer will be responsible to purchase insurance in addition to the insurance provided by USPS, Federal Express, UPS or any freight shipper selected by the buyer as part of the shipping cost. 
7.  Please note that appropriate packaging for this item will require more time, and as a result, the shipment of this item may not be completed in the regular 24 hours.
