 Condition: 

1- New condition with a tag,

2-new condition NO tag- if it's been worn I can't tell,

3- nearly new condition worn a few times but still looks pretty new no one but me and you will know it's not new

4- these items are in very good wearable condition but they don't look quite brand new.

I do not intentionally list any item that appears to have obvious wear. I like professional clothing to look professional and give you confidence, and just make you feel great. If you have a difficultly or fault with your purchase please just email me so I can fix it or give you a refund. I  cannot fix what I don't know about.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

 These measurements are of the actual garment and not your actual size, for your best size measure your favorite pair of pants and use those measurements as a guide.

Waist -taken with a measuring tape laid flat from end to end across the top of the pants (this won't be your waist measurement it's best to use your favorite pair of pants for the best fit)

Hip measured laying flat seam to seam with the measuring tape running across the bottom of the zipper -(if no zip then where a zipper would be)
