My sizes and volumes on crystals glasses are approximate and should be used as a guide only as very slight variations in dimensions are the hallmark of fine hand craftmanship.
Absolute uniformity is only found in machine produced products and it is not possible or desirable in quality ware which depends on the skill and artistry of individuals.

I do accept returns on my items if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase.
Return postage to be paid by the buyer and on receipt of item in condition sent, the full purchase price will be refunded.
Please note that I security mark all of my items before posting. Any returned items lacking this security mark will not be refunded.
On very rare occasions an item may be lost or damaged in the post, this is beyond my or eBays control.
If this should occur I will refund your money as soon as a claim can be started, which for loss is usually 15 working days.
