VINTAGE WOVEN WICKER WASTE  TRASH Basket Powder Blue Shabby Chic 13x11x9 inches .  From the bottom, it appears it has been painted blue and was once white.  There is one of the decorative balls on the top edge that is broken off.  Please see the pictures for details and overall condition.
