Here is a very stylish, aristocratic old gentleman with his monocle, top hat, bow tie, walking stick - and bottle of champagne chilling in an ice bucket! 

This is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. This is marked on the bottom. There are also written initials that I think are "SJ" - possibly the artist's initials?
