This is a Pair of ?German Heinrich? Reticulated Blue Birds Nests with Florals Wall Art Plates. In good pre-loved condition with no chips or cracks. They are about 8 3/4" in diameter. These gorgeous plates have a reticulated edge, with gold weaving through the lattice-work. The background is the center is robin's egg blue.  Images of Bluebirds on Nests Filled with Eggs surrounded by florals.  I don't know if the white dots around the image is deliberate or worn paint.  I have seen others with a similar pattern.  They do blend right in and look like cotton balls plants but I really am not sure.
