Spirit Halloween Corn Stalker no box.

The Corn Stalker was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2014 Halloween season. It resembled a very tall scarecrow with a pumpkin for a head, dressed in torn-up, ragged clothing. When activated, it would turn its head and body from side to side as the face lit-up while it spoke several eerie phrases.
