My postage fees reflect the actual cost of postage (as per Australia Post) as I prefer to over wrap the breakable items to protect them from being damaged while in transit – this may in some cases increase the postage cost.

 I do not charge you for packaging or handling.

 I will always refund over estimated postage costs together with reducing postage costs when 2 or more items are purchased and can be boxed together safely.

I try to dispatch purchases the next working day after confirmation of payment.

 Your jug will be shipped with care.

 All items are described to the best of my ability and all in good faith - I will always endeavour to supply as many photos as necessary to assist with the description.  Returns and refunds are costly and inconvenient to both of us.  I will accept returns if the item is unintentionally miss-described and must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
