Open box--pump never plugged in or used. You can see full instruction sheets, etc.

Most items are sent USPS Priority Mail for the weight and quickness of shipments. Items that don’t fit inside USPS Priority or First Class are also sent UPS. 

Items shipping out UPS will be sent out within 4 days (handling) due to them going through a 3rd party. Please watch your 'buyers dashboard' for the 'just shipped' icon–I don't notify customers when I mail items.

I don’t ‘pad/profit’ from inflated shipping costs as I want POSITIVE FEEDBACK on my fair shipping costs.
