GD GRIP PRO 70 adjustable hand grip is designed so you can adjust the tension levels to where you need them. The resistance levels range from 25 kg (55 lbs) to 70 kg (155 lbs), so you can constantly challenge yourself.  One resistance level increase 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs). This exercise hand grip is made with steel ring resistance and a non-slip grip. Use it to strengthen your fingers, forearms and wrists.
