This is a beautiful art print by artist Ruane manning. The artwork is entitled "My Favorite Getaway", and features a French storefront with a bookstore, cafe and chocolate shop. Bistro chairs are set up outside, and a white poodle peeks out of an upstairs window. Rich colors add to the old world charm of the piece. The print is framed in a a chocolate brown frame with stand up back or wall hanging. The frame has some nicks (see pictures). I’ve included pictures of the print without the frame. See pictures for some wear on bottom edge. Overall condition is good. Size is 10.5x 12.5.
