 Genuine 4 Switch "Woody" Console

Fantastic Cosmetic Condition. Tested & can't get it to work properly. It powers on fine & I can get a picture but there are lines & glitches in the picture when I insert a cart & turn it on no matter how I tune it to my old crt tv. Maybe it's an easy fix for someone with more technical knowledge? Please see pics for condition.
