Used, working, MTH 1 over 1 style signal. Made of metal. Uses LED lighting. Each signal head is capable of 3 different colors, according to the instruction card.  I’m no electrical wizard but just wired up to my old HO pack, on the AC terminals, the lights turned on Red & shortly thereafter went to Green. (note, unable to load my short operational video)  Each signal head is individually controllable. No box, just what you see is what you get.
