Vintage Gymboree Baby Blanket from 1999.   This is a double layer, cotton knit blanket that measures 37 3/4" x 28".    One side is solid green with a beige corduroy dinosaur applique in the center and the opposite side is a blue dinosaur print.    I don't see any stains or holes and fabric is nice and soft, however, there is quite a bit of fading from the wash.  This blanket was clearly well loved and used.  One other thing I want to mention.... there is some pilling between the 2 layers of fabric.   Please see close up photos.   You can see the "pills" that show as little bumps under the fabric.
