1950/60,s i am the boss tinplate toy selling as an ornament perhaps for a desk in office etc. Look at pictures please as they are part of the description.you will see battery box lid underneath is split ,havent tried batteries in it so dont know if it is working have priced it low for this reason.looks like ears are missing but main paint etc looks fair for age.made in japan.
