First edition of 1914 of this interesting political writing by the journalist and politician Salvatore Barzilai (1860-1939).
Inside the work different parlamentary speeches and different writings (Trentino and Venezia Giulia, the decree Hohenlohe, Italy in the european conflict, the Libia etc...): a real historic testimony about the italian political position in the pre war period.
Beautiful etching engraved by Grimaldi in 1914 representing the portrait of the author created for the book.

Prima edizione del 1914 di questo interessante scritto politico del politico e giornalista Salvatore Barzilai (1860-1939).
All'interno dell'opera diversi discorsi parlamentari e scritti vari (Trentino e Venezia Giulia, il decreto Hohenlohe, l'Italia nel conflitto europeo, l'impresa libica ecc...): una vera e propria testimonianza storica sulla posizione politica italiana nel periodo pre bellico.
Bella incisione incisa all'acquaforte da Grimaldi nel 1914 che rappresenta il ritratto dell'autore e che venne creata appositamente per l'opera.
