You are looking at a Brand New Genuine Land Rover/BMW DVD Navigation Computer for a Land Rover Japanese Market Only Range Rover L322 (2002-2004) or BMW E39 5 Series 1999-2003 (Japanese Market only).  These units are updated with the newest firmware installed and display the Land Rover insignia upon startup even though they are also compatible with the E39 5 Series.  The navigation disc is not included.

IMPORTANT:  You'll have to acquire the appropriate regional DVD for the market you're in.  You can get that from a BMW dealer or Navtech/NAVTEQ directly.  eBay's a nice spot to look, too.
