We have been doing this for a L - O - N - G time and spend a great deal of time in the listing and description of each item.  Please remember that we have no idea what your part or tool looks like.  No one here is a certified mechanic.  We simply describe, to the best of our ability, what is in front of us.  99% of the time these items are unique and we have nothing to compare them to.  In most cases, unless otherwise noted, they will have minor imperfections from normal use: a page or cover crease, minor fingerprints, edge / thumbing wear, shop dust, etc.  We go out of our way to tell you if the manuals are in either Excellent Excellent condition or in poor condition.  If we have multiple quantities of an item in the same sale - they will be identical OR at least reasonably similar in condition.  Please remember all the items we sell are unique and any descriptive condition is subjective.  We try to be very conservative in our representation of sales items.  It's actually harder to sell a used item than a new one - we have to describe the difference.  Check our feedback!   We don't try to misrepresent anything  -  No surprises are a good thing  -  We do our best to help you.

We always ship promptly following purchase (the same or the next business day depending on the time of day and where we are at).  Remember that there is no UPS pickup or residential delivery on Saturdays.  While we do ship USPS on 99% of Saturdays (sometimes we have to take off late on a Friday to go to an out of state dealer sale), any purchases made on Friday, after business hours, will probably ship out via USPS on Saturday, but we will at least GUARANTEE that it will go out on 1st thing on Monday morning. 

Tracking number information is provided by eBay (and sometimes paypal automatically too) under the "view order details" tab in the menu choices when you view the listing AFTER your purchase.  Sometimes (I don't know why) you can just click on the tracking number - Otherwise, you can follow the progress of your item by going to USPS.com or UPS.com - You see the same information that we do (in the same relative time too).  UPS tracking is a little more detailed than USPS which doesn't seem to update their info as often.  If things are going USPS Media Mail please be patient.  They state 2-9 days and are usually pretty accurate.  I'm certain this is influenced by where you are at in the country and the overall volume of mail in the system.  Remember we ship it out the same day or the very next business day - ALWAYS!

Purchase with confidence from professionals with years or sales experience and thousands of other satisfied customers.  With over 9,000 eBay sales transactions and a couple thousand feedbacks - all but 100% positive - for a good reason !  While we are honored by your business please note that due to the intellectual nature of this material we do not offer refunds.  We are not a library and just simply can't afford for someone to either use or photocopy the material we offer at our expense.  The fees and overhead we incur are just too high.  It's an unfortunate reality and we hope that everyone understands this before they complete their purchase.
