These are identical reproductions of a very hard to find accessory.  Originally available through Perohaus of Europe, they neatly fit over the hinges on all years of Beetle to give that finishing touch or hiding chipped paint and greased hinges. 

Set of four made from stainless steel and fully polished for a deep chrome shine.

The set is for four pieces that cover the front of all the upper and lower hinges on both doors, they attach securely with the fold down tabs on each hinge cover and only take 5 mins to fit.
