We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.
Personalised Items Most of our items are personalised items which we personalise with the details you provide us when purchasing. In this instance we cannot therefore offer returns on personalised items. The only exception would be where we have made a mistake with the printing which can occasionally happen. Non Personalised Items If the item you have purchased from us is a non personalised item we offer a 14 day return policy. You are responsible for the return cost of the item. Please contact us to obtain our return address when requesting a return. We will then refund you for the item once we have received it back. Faulty Items Due to the nature of the items we make and sell we don't tend to have faulty items as such, the only sort of examples would be if we have made a mistake with the printing of the item. Please contact us in this instance in the unlikely event and we will offer you a replacement asap or a return.
