I will no longer ship to the Russian Federation, Italy, China, Romania, Croatia or Thailand  without registered mail.   Registered mail is an ADDITIONAL $22.00.  Shipments valued $25 or over may require registration to some countries where I have had loses.  PLEASE inquire BEFORE bidding if this is an issue.
