All orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving payment. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, dispatch will be the next working day.

We deliver to all states and territories in Australia using Australia Post / StarTrack Couriers or an alternative at times. Any dates for delivery do not take into account public holidays or weekends.

If you reside within the national Express Post Network (most major metropolitan areas) and have selected Express Post as your shipping option, expect 1-3 day delivery from day order is placed (excluding orders placed and paid for on non-business days). Shipment to regional areas outside the EPN can take 2-12 business days.

Shipment with Fastway Couriers to capital cities and most major metropolitan areas can take 2-7 business days and regional areas can take 3- 14 business days.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear, neglect or misuse or if the item was used in a manner outside of its intended purpose. We will be unable to honour any warranty claims in the event that it is found that the item has been tampered with or if the items maintenance schedule was not adhered to.

If a product is found to be faulty and a resolution cannot be found, the customer may be offered a replacement or refund.
