The Parker Jotter is the Parker Pen Company's first and best-selling retracting refillable ballpoint pen.

Since 1954, over 750 million have been sold worldwide

Parker closed its factory in Newhaven England late in 2010 and production was moved to Nantes, France. 

Jotters are now imprinted with "Made in France", giving the collector another opportunity to expand their collection.
