If your item comes with FREE PERSONALIZATION (it could be your name or one of the Band members). Make sure you select YES in the Personalization tab. Then send us a message by adding a note to us in your PayPal transaction. Or send us a message via Ebay messages.
Returns:
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF PERSONALIZED ITEMS UNLESS THE FAULT LIES WITH FUNKED UP GIFTS. Personalization refers to a name of your choosing that we add to a garment. If there is a fault with your item, and it was our mistake we will pay for the return postage. For example if the Item is not as described or damaged. We will only pay the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class signed postage. If the buyer has chosen the wrong size/ wrong colour/ non defective goods then the buyer bears full responsibility for postage costs, and must also bear the costs of any item being exchanged where a new size/ colour etc is to be sent back to them.This will vary in cost depending on the weight, destination and if the item is an item that we would normally send via a tracked service. To avoid this always use the size chart in the item description of each listing. If returning for any reason please enclose the invoice with a note about the reason for the return.
