This is a clarinet trio arrangement of the songs Amazing Grace and Simple Gifts that I wrote keeping all the parts equally interesting.  It begins with a simple harmonization of the melody, and then becomes more intricate, all the while maintaining the melody in different parts.  A transition brings us to Simple Gifts with a number of counter melodies.  The next section combines these two melodies, and ends with a restatement of Amazing Grace, gradually leaving out instruments as it gets softer and softer.  It should be enjoyable to play and to listen to.  The 3rd part could be played on bass clarinet, and if you'd like I could write an alternate alto clarinet part for clarinet 3 and a bass clarinet part an octave down at no extra charge.
